Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Urban Stay (operated by Urban Stay, registered at 39/A, Gokul Nivas, Old Jewargi Road, Ghabrey Layout, Kalaburagi, Karnataka 585102, India).

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all B2B SaaS software subscriptions, bed capacity licensing fees, and related digital services purchased through urbanstay.living or our mobile application.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Urban Stay subscription at any time. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation penalties:

• Self-Service: You can cancel directly by logging into your account, navigating to Owner Dashboard → Billing & Subscriptions, and clicking Cancel Subscription.
• Via Support: You can send an email with your registered phone number or property name to [email protected] requesting cancellation.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility & Policy

We want our property partners to have complete confidence in our software. Our refund terms are structured as follows:

• Initial Purchase (Within 7 Days): If you are unsatisfied with Urban Stay for any reason within 7 days of your initial subscription payment, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Subsequent Renewals: Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent all future renewals.
• Bed Adjustments: If you reduce your bed capacity (at our standard rate of ₹15 per bed per month), the adjustment will take effect in your next monthly billing cycle.

3. Free Trial Policy

We provide a 30-day Free Trial for all new property owners. At the end of the free trial period:

• Your account is never charged automatically.
• Access to premium features will simply be paused until you choose your bed tier and authorize payment.
• You do not need to request a cancellation or refund for a free trial.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your refund request is received and verified:

• Our team will process the refund approval within 24 to 48 hours.
• The refunded amount will be credited back directly to the original payment method used (UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Card) via our payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments).
• Depending on your bank, the credited amount typically reflects in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
